CT: Community Services

• www.CoveCT.org: The Cove provides family and school-based programs utilizing the peer support group concept for helping children, teens and families work with their unresolved grief due to the death of someone significant in their lives and other traumatic losses. The Cove also provides professional development and training for adults working with children and teens.
• Tri-Town Shelter Services: Tri-Town Shelter Services temporarily houses fifteen residents, either families or adults, and is staffed twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Given our 15 bed capacity x 364 days in a fiscal year, we provide shelter for a total of 5,460 evenings. During the past year we have provided housing for 264 adults and 39 children, making 303 clients served.
